Ember is a product of Typo Fire LLC ("we", "us"), a company registered at [ PLACEHOLDER: registered address ]. These terms govern your use of the Ember application and this site.

Licence

A paid plan grants you a licence to use Ember on the purchaser's Macs. Studio licences are per seat and may not be shared beyond the seats purchased.

Subscriptions

Pro and Studio are annual subscriptions that renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Cancel any time from your account settings or by writing to [ PLACEHOLDER: support@typofire.example ].

If a subscription lapses, your palettes and projects stay on your Mac — losing a subscription does not lock you out of your own colours. Only the ceilings of the Free tier apply again.

Payment

Paddle.com Market Limited acts as merchant of record and seller of record for every transaction made on this site. Paddle handles billing, tax, and payment processing on our behalf.

Acceptable use
