Write to us about anything — a bug, something that doesn't make sense, or a thing Ember should do and doesn't. A person reads it.
Common questions
Check System Settings → Privacy & Security → Screen Recording and switch Ember on. Restart the app after changing it — macOS only hands the new answer to a fresh launch.
On your Mac. Palettes and projects also sync through your own iCloud account when you have that switched on, which means Apple's storage under your Apple ID rather than a server of ours. Clipboard history never syncs at all.
In Settings → your name → Subscriptions on iPhone, or App Store → your name → Account Settings on a Mac. Cancelling stops the next renewal and leaves the time you've already paid for running to its end.
Through Apple, at reportaproblem.apple.com. They hold the purchase, so they're the ones who can give the money back. Write to us as well if something is wrong with the app — a refund closes your side of it but doesn't tell us what broke.
Nothing is deleted, locked or held back. Ember returns to the free tier's ceilings for making new things and leaves everything you already have exactly as it is. You can take the whole library out to a single file at any time, from File → Export Library.
Sign in to the same iCloud account and your palettes and projects follow. For everything at once, including work made before you turned sync on, use File → Export Library and restore it on the other machine.
