You have 30 days from your order date to cancel or request a full refund, no questions asked.
Before downloading a paid plan, we'll ask you to confirm you understand this window. It applies to Pro and every Studio seat.
How to request a refund
Email [ PLACEHOLDER: support@typofire.example ] with your order reference. We'll process eligible refunds within [ PLACEHOLDER: N business days ] through Paddle, our payment provider.
After 30 days
Cancelling stops future renewals but does not refund the current period. Your palettes and projects remain on your Mac regardless.
